Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using any services provided by BigRichHost (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete, and current information to register and maintain an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or malicious software

• Running botnets, DDoS attacks, or port scanning

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails

• Hosting phishing, fraudulent, or deceptive content

• Distributing or storing content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

3. Abuse and IP Misuse Policy

BigRichHost has zero tolerance for IP address abuse. Misuse of our network or services resulting in abuse reports may include (but is not limited to):

• Spam (email, forum, social media, etc.)

• Network attacks or scans

• Hosting illegal content

• Repeated DMCA complaints

We reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate services without prior notice upon abuse detection

• Charge administrative or cleanup fees (if applicable)

• Share relevant information with legal authorities and/or upstream providers

Repeated abuse may result in permanent blacklisting of your account and all related services.

4. Payments and Billing

All services must be paid in advance. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. BigRichHost is not responsible for data loss resulting from account suspension due to non-payment.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under a specific money-back guarantee.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide a minimum of 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime, outages, or interruptions beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, third-party failures, force majeure).

6. Backups and Data Responsibility

We recommend you maintain your own backups. While we may offer automated backups, we do not guarantee data recovery. You are solely responsible for your content and data stored on our servers.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services or account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms

• Abuse complaints or IP misuse

• Chargebacks or payment fraud

No refunds will be provided for terminations due to policy violations.

8. Changes to the Terms

BigRichHost may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of major changes via email or on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BigRichHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
